Our guacamole recipe uses olive oil to increase the fat-to-carb ratio. A simple combination of onions, tomatoes, garlic, lime juice and spices, and you’re good to go. Start to finish, this recipe only takes ten minutes.

You’ll have to ditch the chips for this if you want to stay in ketosis. Cheese crisps like Keto Crisps are a tasty substitute with a savory crunch. You can also use cucumbers, celery, or carrots.

Spinach Dip

Our Spinach Dip recipe is also simple. Combine Parmesan cheese and spices then bake it for 25 minutes. Keto spinach dip is an amazing comfort food dish during cold weather get-togethers.
